Come honor John Lewis’s legacy with a procession through Montpelier. The event will feature posters from last year’s John Lewis Vigil, and drummers from the Waitsfield area.
Montpelier Independence Day Parade
Join Indivisible Calais and Montpelier Indivisible marching in the annual Montpelier Independence Day parade to honor the Constitution on July 3rd. Parade assembles starting at 4:30. Email RESC@together.net to join us as one of the marchers. Signs provided.

Anti-War Honk & Wave
Weekly anti-war honk and wave, every Wednesday afternoon, together with our Montpelier Indivisible friends, 4:30 to 5:30pm at the corners of State and Main in Montpelier. Peaceful, non-violent.
Activism Afternoon
Join us to write postcards to Georgia voters, emails and phone calls to our state and federal elected officials, and to contact corporations that are complicit in -- or fighting against -- the ICE raids and other horrors of this regime.

This Valentine's Day, show your love for your country! We will create emails and letters to ICE's corporate enablers (like Hilton and Enterprise car rental), as well as state and federal elected officials, voicing our praise or condemnation for their recent actions. Besides ICE, we have our eye on the mid-term elections and will have a fresh batch of postcards you can write to voters in swing states.

Nonviolent Peacekeeper Training
Learn non-violent de-escalation techniques: Nonviolent Peacekeeper Training! It is a core tenet of Indivisible Calais and the No Kings movement to keep all our actions -- most especially our rallies -- non-violent. This is a moral and strategic imperative. We also know that the coming months will likely be intense and emotionally charged. That is why we are pleased to offer a training for non-violent peacekeeper skills.

We ordered 1,000 Get Out the Vote postcards to mail to Pennsylvania voters. We thought that was plenty to get some of you started with postcard packages and still have enough left for a good postcard party. But no!!! Every single card has been spoken for! You all are amazing!! We have none left!
Honk and Wave for Democracy
Tuesday mornings in August and September! Starting on Tuesday, August 5 and running through September, from 10 AM till 11:30 AM, Indivisible Calais and Indivisible Hardwick will combine forces to "Honk and Wave for Democracy" at Peace Park in downtown Hardwick.

A Film Perspective on the French Resistance
Join renowned central Vermont film historian Rick Winston as he presents clips from 12 films that explore the French resistance to German occupation in the early 1940s. This will be a fundraiser for Indivisible Calais.
