The German occupation of France from 1940 to 1944 was a tumultuous time, whose consequences are still being debated today. Who collaborated with the Germans and why?

Who chose to resist and how?  There will be excerpts from twelve films, both those made in France during the Occupation (such as “Le Corbeau” and “Children of Paradise”), and of later films (like “Au Revoir Les Enfants” and “Mr. Klein”) that look back on the era in all its contradictions.
